王悦建律师：上海交通大学法律硕士，大连外国语大学英语言文学学士，拥有中国律师执业资格，通过TEM8（英语专业八级）考试，英语流利；第二外语为日语。现为上海沪家律师事务所专职律师。
    在加入上海沪家律师事务所之前，王悦建律师曾工作于世界财富五百强企业，为该跨国公司（中国）中心法务课长。
