赵宁宁律师：毕业于中国政法大学，硕士学历；第二专业：英语，专业八级、高级口译、笔译；日语，中级，上海沪家律师事务所涉外法律事务中心专职律师。
赵律师以英语为主要工作语言，擅长办理涉外民、商事案件。其法律基础扎实、办案能力强，工作严谨、负责。办案过程中，始终把当事人的权益放在心中最重位置，执业以来成功办理了数起国内外婚姻、家庭、房产、公司等案件，其客户遍布英国、美国、日本、韩国、澳大利亚、新西兰、新加坡、马来西亚、菲律宾、泰国、港、澳、台等。
赵宁宁律师对法律刻苦钻研，对涉外相关法律事务有较深入的研究与理解，并发表了多篇论文，其中，2007年撰写的《如何成为一名专业的婚姻家庭律师》入选参加了第五届华东律师论坛，并同时被论坛文集和《上海律师》收录并公开发表；其撰写的《民事诉讼法律研究》学术论文，在同年由上海市诉讼法学研究会和上海市高级人民法院主办的上海市诉讼法学研究会上被评为优秀论文，并出版发行。赵律师的论文《离婚后夫妻扶养制度的对比研究》发表于中华全国律师协会民事法律研究会编著的《婚姻家庭法律师实务》一书。
2008年6月，在上海市静安区司法局主办的“国际静安双语演讲赛”中，一举获得“优胜奖”。
赵宁宁律师还先后多次担任上海东方广播电台“东方大律师”节目的嘉宾律师，为广大市民答疑解惑，解决法律问题。
由于工作认真负责，积极进步，赵宁宁律师被授予2008年“沪家贡献奖”。
Zhao Ningning, the attorney specializing in international
legal affairs in Shanghai Whole Guard Law Firm, member
of All China Lawyer Association and Shanghai Bar Association.
She graduated from China University of Political Science
and Law, LLM majored in International Law and second degree
in English Literature with TEM-8 and advanced interpretation.
English is Attorney Zhao’s working language.
She is expert of the field in family and marriage law,
civil procedure and International commercial &economical
law. She has consolidated her experience in international
private law with hundreds of international family and
marriage cases including but not limited to marriage,
divorce, children maintenance, property division, spousal
support, prenuptial, postnuptial and divorce agreements
and provided a high level consultancy, litigation and
dispute resolution in Corporation & Commercial Law,
Tort Law, Employment Law., whose most of clients are from
European countries, USA, Australia, Japan, Korea, New
Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, as
well as Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
Attorney Zhao Ningning has intensive professional researches,
especially on foreign-related issues . She has published
a number of papers and thesis, in which, “How to become
a professional marriage lawyer ” had been selected as
keynote paper at the 5th East- China Lawyer Symposium
and indexed in the Conference Proceedings and republished
on the Journal of Shanghai Lawyers; Her thesis on “legal
research of civil procedure” was honored of “The Excellent
Research Work ” by Association of Shanghai Procedure Law
and the Supreme Court of Shanghai; Her research article
on “Comparative Study on the maintenance system between
the husband and the wife after divorce” was selected and
published by The Forum of National Marriage Law held in
shanghai in September 2008. Moreover,“ Mediation in the
Process of Divorce”，“How to Create a Prenuptial Agreement”and
many Lawyer Zhao’s papers on comparative study on different
countries’ law were cited and referenced by kinds of media,
magazines and legal symposium.
With the good command of English, she won Excellence
Award in the Bilingual Speech Contest held by JingAn Judicial
Bureau of Shanghai in June, 2008.
Furthermore, Zhao Ningning was frequently invited as the
honorable lawyer to solve legal problems for the public
by Shanghai Eastern Radio.
With the solid international legal knowledge and strong
ability to settle cases, she won the appraisal of the
